Minimize Symptoms Of Allergic Rhinitis!

Allergic rhinitis commonly called hay fever is a group of signs affecting the nose. People do not have to be exposed to hay to have symptoms. And it doesn’t cause a fever. This condition develops when the immune system of the body becomes sensitized and overreacts to some factors in the environment that typically induces no problems in most people. It can be treated with antihistamine drugs, Atarax. There are some measures that help to minimize symptoms as mentioned below:

Temperature
A sudden change of temperature is the major culprit inducing and precipitating asthma and allergic rhinitis. Try the best to avoid exposure to the extreme and sudden variation of temperature while bathing, eating, drinking and sleeping. Variation of more than 20 degrees centigrade of temperature causes immunological injury to life force and causes over-sensitization of the living being. Therefore, the body overreacts to allergens and leads to Allergic Rhinitis symptoms like sneezing and running nose, etc.

Balanced Diet
Avoid or at least cut down eating rice, banana and colocasia roots during severe sneezing, difficulty in breathing, severe coughing, and running nose. Also, do not consume specific edibles which make you worse.

Exercise
Perform Regular symptom-limited exercise. Walk at least 45 minutes or more daily.

Anti-inflammatory Medicines
Do not take pain killer and fever pills like Salicylic Acid, Paracetamol, Nemuselide, Ibuprofen. Except for high-grade fever. These medicines cause bronchospasm or constriction of air passage and that results in asthma. But you can rely on medication like Atarax to prevent this condition.

Avoid Overreacting
Running nose and sneezing in asthmatic people ameliorate their difficulty in breathing. Avoid suppressing minor sneezing and running nose unnecessarily with anti-allergic medicines.

Avoid Perfumes
Avoid Perfume & Scented items Such as deodorants, toothpaste, soaps, Shampoo, Oils Etc. Atarax can be the best solution to rule out symptoms like sneezing.

Dust Mites
Be careful of house dust mites and storage mites are hidden in quilts, carpets, mattresses, pillows, storage of bed, almirah, old forgotten books and clothes. House dust is the most common cause to precipitate Allergic Rhinitis symptoms because the majority of the human population has developed antibodies against antigens. These are derived from the dead and live house and storage dust mites. Prefer washable beddings instead of heavy mattresses, washable bed linen and quilts.
