Does Lifestyle Changes Make A Difference To BPH?

Certain lifestyle changes help to relieve symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia i.e. BPH and are particularly important for men. Some of these changes are eating a diet low in saturated and trans-fats, restricting caffeine, and also limiting the number of fluids consuming in the evening.
